General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of SINGULAAR GmbH
§ 1 Scope and Provider
- These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between SINGULAAR GmbH(hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and consumers and business customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") who purchase goods via our online store. The version of the GTC that is valid at the time of the order shall apply.
- Our product offerings are directed at both consumers and business customers but are intended solely for end customers. For the purpose of these GTC:
- A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
- A business customer is any natural or legal person or legally recognized partnership that acts in the course of their trade, business, or professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
- The business relationship between the Provider and the Customers is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The contract language is German.
- The current version of the GTC is available for viewing, printing, and downloading on the Provider's website.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
- The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The order confirmation and acceptance take place immediately after submission via an automated email, which constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.
- The Provider places great emphasis on sustainability and quality. All products are manufactured and delivered in compliance with ecological standards.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
- The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components but do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and during checkout.
- The Provider offers sustainable shipping options to minimize the ecological footprint. Details on these options and associated costs can be found on our website.
§ 4 Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified during checkout. The Provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.
- The purchase price is due immediately upon order placement unless otherwise agreed. If paying by bank transfer (prepayment), our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation.
§ 5 Delivery
- Delivery is available only within Germany and the EU. The estimated delivery time is specified on each product page. If not all ordered products are in stock, the Provider reserves the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the Customer.
- Shipping is carried out with ecological considerations. The Provider strives to use environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging.
§ 6 Retention of Title
Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of the Provider.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers (natural persons acting for purposes not related to their trade, business, or profession, as per § 13 BGB) have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must send an email to info@singulaar.de with a clear statement of withdrawal.
Contact Information:
- Company: SINGULAAR GmbH
- Address: Ringstr. 2b, 50996 Cologne, Germany

Consequences of Withdrawal
- If the contract is withdrawn, the Provider will refund all payments made by the Customer, including shipping costs (within Germany), within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is received.
- Return shipping costs:
- For returns within Germany and the EU, the Provider covers the return costs.
- For returns from non-EU countries, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Customers must return the goods within 14 days from the date they notify the Provider of their withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
- The Provider may charge compensation for any decrease in value if the loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods' nature, characteristics, and functionality.
- Customers are requested to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Returns should be made in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, Customers must ensure adequate protection against shipping damage to avoid claims for damages due to improper packaging.
§ 8 Warranty and Liability
- The statutory warranty provisions apply.
- The Provider guarantees the high quality and durability of its products. If you encounter any defects, please contact our customer service.
§ 9 Data Protection
Protecting your data is of utmost importance to us. All personal data is handled confidentially. Data necessary for processing transactions will be stored and may be shared with affiliated companies or service providers as required for order fulfillment.
§ 10 Final Provisions
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the original intention.
