Cancellation Policy

Different withdrawal and cancellation policies apply to the Verdi campaign. You can find more information here. (German only)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement via email to info@singulaar.de, informing us of your decision. Kindly include your order number so we can process your request efficiently.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Returning the Goods

Once your withdrawal request has been processed, we will send you a prepaid return label via email. Please print the label, attach it visibly to the package, and drop it off at a post office or DHL location.

To ensure a smooth refund process, returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and free from creases or visible signs of use. Please return the goods in their original packaging to guarantee an eco-friendly and secure return process.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or specifically tailored to individual needs. This particularly applies to the limited Verdi sneakers, which are produced exclusively as part of a group order. Since these sneakers are custom-made and only manufactured after the order deadline, cancellation or withdrawal is not possible once the minimum order quantity has been reached.
